A Personal Note from Our Founder

Welcome to The Tutoring Lab!

When I founded The Tutoring Lab, I wanted to create something more than a traditional tutoring service. I wanted students to feel understood, supported, and confident in their ability to succeed.

After more than 20 years of teaching and working with students of diverse learning styles and abilities, I’ve learned that academic success is about so much more than mastering the material. It’s about building confidence, developing independence, and discovering how to learn effectively.

That’s why we take a personalized approach to every student. Whether your child needs targeted math or science tutoring, a combination of academic support and executive function coaching, or guidance developing stronger organizational and study skills, we’re here to meet them where they are.

My hope is that every student who works with The Tutoring Lab walks away not only with a stronger understanding of their coursework, but also with greater confidence in themselves.
